The Alpha Alpha Lambda Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau is excited to announce that the application deadline for the 2026 Research & EBP Awards has been extended to 29 March 2026!

We proudly support nursing scholarship and clinical inquiry—and this year, we’re offering $500 awards to nurses at the Bachelor, Master, and Doctorate preparation levels. A total of six awardees (three from SHC and three from SMCH) will be selected.

Whether you’re leading a research study or driving evidence‑based innovation at the bedside, your work matters. We encourage all nurses committed to advancing practice to apply.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined our Alpha Alpha Lambda volunteer day at Second Harvest! Your dedication and teamwork made a real impact in fighting food insecurity.

In just few hours, we helped sort 18,648 pounds of food, which will get distributed to families in need- proving small acts of service add up to big change. Proud to be part of a team that gives back. Looking forward to next opportunity to serve together!
